Your journey toward impact and innovation begins here at WSP! **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct laboratory and field tests related to soil mechanics, aggregates, rocks, concrete, and asphalt mix materials across all applicable processes, in accordance with applicable procedures and technical standards; supervise and verify the proper execution of field and laboratory tests conducted by strategic partners, ensuring compliance with established procedures. * Record and analyze test results, propose improvements where necessary, and highlight deviations. * Register incoming material samples for CQA testing, ensuring correct identification, storage, and traceability. * Maintain up-to-date summaries of field and laboratory test results. * Adhere to the test frequency specified in project technical documents, ensuring timely execution. * Record and document test results in official formats, ensuring traceability and accuracy. * Develop laboratory and field test procedures in accordance with applicable current technical standards, complying with established standards. * Prepare weekly and monthly test result reports. * Support the preparation of technical reports on performed tests. * Record completed tests and manage corresponding signatures, ensuring validity of obtained results. * Verify the status and calibration of measurement and testing equipment, ensuring valid calibration and optimal operational condition. * Operate equipment in accordance with manufacturer manuals, complying with applicable regulations and necessary precautions to prevent damage or deterioration. * Supervise proper execution of tests following established procedures. * Support quality audits conducted on the Quality Control area by providing required documentation and addressing requests. * Ensure material quality through continuous testing and verification, confirming compliance with specifications. * Maintain traceability of equipment used in each test, ensuring proper operation and registration. * Review and support Construction Quality Assurance (CQA) activities. * Comply with internal policies and procedures of the Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety in assigned activities, among others. **Professional Background:** * Graduate of a Technical Program and/or university graduate in any specialization. * Minimum 3 years’ experience conducting soil mechanics, concrete, and/or asphalt laboratory tests in general construction projects. * Nuclear density gauge operation license preferred. * Training in quality management and/or radiological safety preferred. * Driver’s license Type A1\ preferred. * Availability to work in Huaraz under non-standard employment terms. \#Peru \#LI\-VE1 \#LI\-Onsite **Primary Location** PE\-Lima**Schedule** Full\-time**Employee Status** Temporary**Experience (Minimum Yrs.)** 3**Job Posting** Jul 8, 2026, 3:29:50 PM
