We are seeking a Procedural Law intern and a Bachelor with experience in the mining sector for legal assistance roles with diverse responsibilities.

1\.\- A student in the final years of a Law program is required to serve as an intern in the Procedural Law department of the firm.
Responsibilities:
\- Drafting judicial documents (complaints, responses, appeals, procedural motions, etc.), administrative documents, and documents of all kinds.
\- Preparing monthly reports for clients.
\- Advancing and monitoring judicial proceedings.
\- Checking the electronic mailbox daily and updating the judicial proceedings tracking chart.
\- Monitoring the weekly schedule, including deadlines and due dates for submissions and tasks assigned to the department.
2\- A Bachelor with one year of experience in the **MINING** sector is sought for the position of Mining Legal Assistant, with the following profile:
Mining Assistant Responsibilities:
* Supervision and control of the validity of licenses and permits for mining operations.
* Management and procedures under TUPA before public entities such as SUNARP, OEFA, ANA, SUCAMEC, MINEM, SENACE, among others.
* Monitoring of judicial proceedings.
* Preparation of regulatory compliance reports.
* Monitoring and coordination of projects with departments handling permits, Environment, and others.
* Drafting defense statements and administrative appeals.
