




**Your Mission** You will be responsible for designing and executing the company's sales and marketing strategy, optimizing the sales process and positioning our brand in the market. Your role will be key to scaling our operations and consolidating relationships with strategic clients in sectors such as construction, mining, energy, healthcare, and services. What You Will Do **Sales Strategy** * Design the annual Sales and Marketing Plan with KPIs, budget, and sales tactics. * Co\-lead the sales team and coordinate with Product and Information Technology teams. * Define pricing policies, promotions, and software value proposition. * Participate in negotiations and closing of strategic sales (large accounts). * Implement retention, cross\-selling, and up\-selling strategies. **Digital Marketing** * Develop Inbound and Outbound Marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads. * Supervise digital campaigns: SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, content, social media, and automation. * Manage brand identity and ensure consistency across all communications. * Coordinate the creation of sales materials (presentations, demos, landing pages). * Organize participation in trade shows, events, and webinars in the OSH and business sectors. **Management and Analysis** * Implement and optimize the use of CRM. * Analyze the market, competition, and trends to identify opportunities. * Generate periodic sales and marketing performance reports for management. **Requirements** * University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year in leadership or management roles in sales and/or marketing. * Proven experience in B2B sales and marketing (Services). * Advanced proficiency in CRM and digital marketing tools. **Skills We Value** * Inspirational leadership and ability to develop talent. * Strategic thinking and long\-term vision. * Results\-oriented and commitment to continuous improvement. * Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. * Analytical ability to turn data into business decisions. * Proactivity, energy, and adaptability in dynamic environments.
