Job Summary: We are seeking versatile operational personnel with experience in assembling lightweight metal structures and operating lifting equipment for industrial plants. Key Responsibilities: 1. Articulated/Scissor Lift Platform Operation (Manlift) 2. Assembly, Installation, and Adjustment of Metal Structures at Height 3. Hot Work Execution (Basic Cutting and Welding) **About the Position** On behalf of our client — a leading company in the industrial and metal-mechanical sector — we are seeking versatile, multi-skilled operational personnel with proven experience in assembling lightweight metal structures (e.g., temporary warehouses, sheds, industrial buildings, and similar) and operating lifting equipment to provide services at industrial plants and operational units (UNACEM Cóndorcocha and Atocongo). **Main Responsibilities** * Operate articulated/scissor lift platforms (Manlift) according to on-site operational requirements. * Perform assembly, installation, and adjustment of metal, truss, and roofing structures at height. * Carry out field installation tasks during shifts or periods when the Manlift equipment is not required for operation. * Execute hot work (basic cutting and welding) and work at height in compliance with the client’s SSOMA standards. **Requirements** * **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years as an installer of lightweight metal structures and as an operator performing work at height. * **Certifications:** Valid **Manlift / PEMP Operator Certificate** (Mandatory). * **License:** Valid driver’s license (Class A\-I or higher). * **Technical Knowledge:** Practical experience in welding, roof structure assembly, and hot work execution. * **Desirable:** Knowledge/experience operating Hiab trucks and prior accreditation at mining or cement plants. * **Documentation:** Clean criminal record and medical fitness certificate for UNACEM site access accreditation.
