At VARGAS PAREJA LAWYERS & CONSULTANTS, we are looking for a MINING AND ENVIRONMENTAL LAWYER with the following profile: Requirements: * Law degree holder and duly registered with the Bar Association. * Minimum of 5 years of direct experience handling matters or tasks related to the mining and/or environmental sector. * Knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance in mining, contracts, negotiation, community conflict management, environmental law, litigation, and internal auditing. Main Responsibilities: * Provide specialized legal advice in mining and environmental law to ensure client compliance. * Draft, review, and negotiate contracts. * Support the development of legal strategies enabling effective negotiations.
