Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Supervisor for the mining industrial sector, responsible for supervising work areas, managing materials, and planning tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and correction of substandard production conditions 2. Order management and supply of productive materials 3. Work planning and personnel allocation An industrial mining company is seeking a Production Supervisor. Graduates of Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering programs preferred. * Assist in supervising all work areas to observe and correct any substandard conditions affecting normal production activities. * Process orders for materials to be used during the production process. * Coordinate procurement of materials for each production process. * Report any extraordinary situations to the Manager. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. * Allocate personnel within the department according to assigned functions. * Plan work to be carried out, including required materials and production timelines. * Prepare reports on ongoing and completed work. * Must reside in the southern zone of Lima (Punta Hermosa, Punta Negra, VES, VMT, Chorrillos, Lurín, etc).
