As leaders in innovation and technological development, we seek experts who drive sustainable development and deliver solutions to the world’s greatest challenges—such as global warming, overpopulation, and water scarcity.** **Position Description** Mission: Provide support to the Recruitment and Selection area in candidate attraction, assessment, and follow-up processes, ensuring proper vacancy management and administrative and operational support for the Human Talent area. **Candidate Requirements** ACCIONA is seeking a professional intern specializing in talent attraction, meeting the following profile: **Main Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Support the publication of job openings on employment portals and professional networks. * Perform resume screening and pre-selection of candidates according to the requested profile. * Coordinate interviews between candidates and department leaders. * Track the progress of selection processes and maintain the candidate database up to date. * Support telephone interviews and verification of professional references. **Requirements** -------------- * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Prior internship experience or support in selection processes within the energy, mining, or infrastructure sectors is desirable. * Interest in developing a career in Recruitment and Selection. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is desirable.
