Ensure project quality, scope, budget, and schedule. **Requisition Number:** 24000BR **Description:** Stantec is seeking to hire a PROJECT MANAGER for its offices in Peru, requiring a professional with at least 15 years of general work experience. Key responsibilities include: * Manage engineering projects during study, engineering, construction, and operation phases, in accordance with organizational policies and established best practices. * Ensure consistency, clarity, and quality of project work and deliverables. * Keep projects within scope, budget, and schedule. * Identify deviations or additional work to be included in the scope. * Maintain healthy cash flow through disciplined tracking of valuations and invoices. * Promote transparent communication channels with clients and team members. * Analyze terms of reference for proposals and support their development. * Serve as a leader within the team to promote a horizontal culture with transparent communication channels with clients and team members. * Comply with the project management framework and organizational policies and practices. * Develop project management plans for assigned projects, establishing goals and objectives while meeting scope, budget, schedule, and contractual obligations. * Support technical project management. This includes assigning appropriate resources to Project Technical Leads. * Plan tasks and allocate hours for work execution among various team members. * Approve cost provisions with project administrators on a monthly basis. * Review and approve supplier subcontracts involved in the project. **Qualifications:** Requirements for this position are: * Civil Engineer and/or related degree * Master’s Degree: Project Management, MBA * Prior experience working for mining clients or consulting firms is mandatory, including at least 5 projects exceeding $1M in consultancy/engineering fees. * Field construction project experience required. **About Stantec:** Stantec’s community comprises approximately 31,000 employees working across more than 450 locations on six continents.
