Promote good human performance practices and safe behavior We are currently looking for **Specialists in Safety, Risk Management, and Critical Controls**, professionals with experience in mining maintenance operations who can contribute to strengthening preventive management and improving field operational performance. **Work Modality:** * **Modality:** On-site * **Work Location:** Mining Unit * **Willingness to Travel:** Yes **Responsibilities:** * Conduct facilitation and accompaniment activities for operational safety. * Participate in hazard identification and risk analysis workshops. * Validate the application of critical controls in maintenance activities. * Conduct preventive observations and field safety walkthroughs. * Verify compliance with operational and legal safety standards. * Provide technical advisory support for high-risk activities. * Participate in field audits and preparation of technical reports. * Promote good human performance practices and safe behavior. * Support implementation and follow-up of improvement actions. * Contribute to strengthening a preventive culture within operations. **Requirements:** **Academic Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree or professional title in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Safety Engineering, or related fields. **Work Experience:** * Minimum of **5 years** of experience in operational safety, mining maintenance, or risk management in the mining industry. * Experience in mobile fleet and/or concentrator plant maintenance activities. * Experience in field observations, control management, and risk prevention. * Experience in implementing or monitoring safety management systems. **Benefits:** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Profit-sharing bonuses. * Compulsory Savings Fund (CTS). * Paid vacation days.
