Requirements
* Degree holder and licensed professional in Mining Engineering, Geological Engineering, or related fields.
* Minimum 6 years of experience in the position.
* Advanced proficiency in RS2 and RS3.
Responsibilities
+ Design, implement, and evaluate geomechanical control for scheduled underground operations (logging, geomechanical mapping, sampling, Q/RMR/GSI classification, and drawing preparation).
+ Perform geotechnical logging of diamond drill holes (DDH).
+ Evaluate and monitor mine interior stability through continuous inspection of critical areas.
+ Supervise and oversee support installation execution (by both in-house teams and contractors): quality, timelines, costs, and technical compliance (rock bolts, mesh, shotcrete).
+ Train operational personnel on support systems according to GSI tables.
+ Interpret structural and tectonic conditions of the rock mass through sampling and mapping campaigns.
+ Comply with and promote the company’s Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management standards.
