Job Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical Supervisor for mining operations in Junín, responsible for supervising and executing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of hoisting equipment and winches. Diagnosis of mechanical failures in mining equipment. Full Time On-site Mine Operations Our team continues to grow, and we are looking for a Mechanical Supervisor for our operations in Junín. Requirements * Diploma in Maintenance Mechanics, Industrial Mechanics, Electromechanics, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance in underground mining. * Experience maintaining winches and underground mining equipment. Responsibilities * Supervise and perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on winches and hoisting systems. * Diagnose mechanical failures in winches, gearboxes, brakes, sheaves, cables, and associated components. * Coordinate and oversee work performed by mechanical technicians and contracted personnel. * Verify proper operation and operational conditions of underground mine hoisting equipment. * Conduct scheduled mechanical inspections and report substandard conditions. * Ensure compliance with safety procedures, lockout/tagout (LOTO), and high-risk work protocols. * Monitor appropriate use of assigned tools, equipment, and spare parts. * Prepare maintenance reports and communicate operational incidents to the Maintenance Department. #### **Benefits** * Transportation: 100% covered in Lima and Central regions * Meals: 100% covered We look forward to welcoming you! ### **Alpayana** #### **Mining** **Peru, Lima, Lima** We are Alpayana, a mining group committed to sustainable mining practices, positively contributing to our environment through every action we undertake.
