**SECURITY AND CONCIERGE** A company specialized in its field is looking for the best talent to fill the position of **"CONCIERGE AND SECURITY"** **Requirements:** \- Proactive, punctual, helpful, responsible, and honest individual. \- Minimum education: Completed secondary school (must have academic certificates). \- Age 22 years or older. \- Minimum of 6 months of experience in security, surveillance, concierge services, reception, civilian security, similar roles, or completion of full military training. \- Must reside in areas adjacent to the districts of Pueblo Libre, Magdalena, San Miguel, Breña, Jesús María, San Miguel, Callao (preferably, though not exclusively). \- Availability to work 12-hour shifts. **Responsibilities:** \- Identify and report incidents, irregularities, and/or emergencies within the facility. \- Monitor and verify security cameras and elevators. \- Attend to residents, visitors, delivery personnel, among others, and announce their arrival. \- Receive and safeguard various products and/or documents. \- Control the entry and exit of people and vehicles according to the building's security regulations. \- Ensure the private security of the premises. \- Be courteous toward residents and respond promptly to their needs. \- Properly wear and maintain a clean and appropriate work uniform. \- Comply with and enforce the building's coexistence rules. \- Maintain constant communication with coworkers and supervisors. \- Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the direct supervisor. **Benefits:** \- Formal employment with all statutory benefits (MYPE). \- 12-hour daily shifts from Monday to Sunday. \- One day off per week. \- Timely salary payments. \- SIS Microenterprise Insurance. \- Life Insurance as per law. \- 15 days of vacation per year of service. \- Employee of the month recognition. \- Corporate discount benefits. \- Career advancement opportunities and training programs. \- Excellent work climate and environment.
