Corporate Recycling Process Manager

Description

Evaluate, challenge and continuously improve washing, grinding, separation, drying, extrusion, pelletizing and SSP processes. Transform data into concrete actions for conversion cost reduction. Develop experiments and optimization trials in plant (DOE, statistical control, multivariate analysis). Apply Lean, Six Sigma / Black Belt methodologies to reduce variability and costs. Verify compliance with specifications defined in process control plans. Audit deviations in maintenance plans that affect product quality. Drive improvement projects in packaging, control rooms and unit operations. We are leaders in sustainable rigid packaging solutions in Latin America, present in 14 countries across the region. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or related fields. **Professional experience:** 4 to 5 years in roles such as Process Engineer or Mill Champion, preferably in PET recycling, plastics or chemical processing industries. Experience managing projects across multiple plants or with regional scope. Intermediate to advanced English level (essential for regional communication). Knowledge and application of Six Sigma methodology. Availability to perform international travel as operation requires. Benefits EPS Corporate discounts.
