We are looking for top talent to join us as a **PRODUCTION ASSISTANT.** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Reside in areas near Callao. * Technical or university education: graduate, degree holder, or bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields. * Experience: six months to one year in production or plant areas. * Microsoft Office, intermediate-to-advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros) * Knowledge of BPA, BPM, PCP (Desirable) * Production planning and control, HACCP, BPMs, KPIs (Desirable) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Verify and manage material and supply requirements. * Review and validate work orders. * Provide operational support and conduct continuous follow-up. * Maintain detailed attendance records for staff. * Prepare service orders for operations. * Manage closure and approval of work orders or third-party service orders. * Keep production department documentation up to date. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** * Excellent work environment and job stability * Immediate payroll enrollment * Market-competitive salary * Ongoing training This is your opportunity to become part of a great family!
