Responsibilities \- Create and maintain employee personnel files. \- Create and maintain employee database. \- Manage the company's job position profiles. \- Manage employee performance evaluations. \- Identify the gap between job position profile and employee profile. \- Address job position profile gaps through training strategies. \- Implement and administer attendance control system. \- Support in developing company procedures. \- Print employment contracts and obtain employee signatures. \- Monthly attendance tracking: medical leaves, absences, late arrivals, permissions, licenses, etc. \- Calculation, recording, and control of employee vacation days. \- Management of employee warnings and sanctions. \- Onboarding of new employees. \- Exit interviews for departing employees. \- Support in salary calculations and payments. \- Support in ISO 9001 certification. \- Budget preparation. \- Other tasks assigned by the company.
