Position Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to manage human resources processes, from employment contracts and payroll to recruitment and training. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensively manage Human Resources management processes. 2. Conduct recruitment, selection, and staff training. 3. Administer employment documentation and attendance control. Our client, a passenger transportation company covering southern routes, requires a Human Resources Assistant to join its team with the objective of properly managing the company’s Human Resources processes. Responsibilities: * Draft and administer employment contracts, renewals, settlements, and all employment-related documents in compliance with applicable regulations. * Administer and update personnel documentation and files. * Manage payroll, attendance records, time sheets, and absence tracking. * Implement disciplinary measures in coordination with department heads. * Carry out recruitment and selection processes. * Design and implement the training plan in coordination with various department heads. Requirements: * Graduate in Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Two years of experience in similar positions. * Proficient in Microsoft Office at the user level. * Availability to work in the district of La Victoria. Desirable: * Knowledge of labor legislation. * Knowledge of the Occupational Safety and Health Law (Law No. 29783\).
