




Position Summary: We are seeking a Billing and Logistics Assistant for food commercialization, responsible for issuing documents and coordinating dispatches. Key Responsibilities: 1. Electronic invoicing and shipping guide management. 2. Transportation and dispatch coordination. 3. Interaction with the sales team for scheduling. **Billing and Logistics Assistant** A company engaged in food commercialization is looking for a Billing and Logistics Assistant. **Responsibilities:** · Issuing electronic invoices, receipts, debit notes, and credit notes in the ODOO system; submitting to SUNAT. · Issuing shipping guides in the ODOO system and at SUNAT; issuing export shipping guides via the SUNAT portal. · Generating shipping guides both in the internal system and on the SUNAT platform (samples, returns). · Entering sales orders into the system, ensuring proper validation prior to dispatch. · Coordinating and scheduling transportation for wholesale channel dispatches, guaranteeing timely product delivery. · Reviewing and recording wholesale channel transportation settlements for accurate payment scheduling. · Maintaining constant communication with the sales team to ensure correct dispatch scheduling, delivery times, and delivery conditions. · Document filing. **Requirements:** Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. Knowledge of taxes applicable to invoicing. Familiarity with the SUNAT platform for issuing shipping guides. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. ODOO ERP knowledge is desirable.
