Opportunity for career growth A prominent commercial import company is looking for a **Commercial Assistant** to join its team on-site in Surco. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Currently pursuing or completed technical studies in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in: Industrial hardware spare parts sales, Maintenance workshop customer service, or general sales with a commercial focus and customer service orientation. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Availability to work in Surco from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Follow up on quotations sent via phone calls, email, and WhatsApp. * Prepare and manage quotations, verifying technical specifications (models, codes, brands). * Submit quotations to supervisors for approval prior to sending them to clients. * Prepare shipping labels and documentation for merchandise dispatch. * Monitor sales, warehouse entry codes, invoicing, and payment scheduling. * Coordinate with suppliers regarding warehouse entry dates and communicate updates to clients. * Manage purchases from suppliers and coordinate payments with the Administration department. * Coordinate shipment or pickup of materials (including coordination with transportation agencies). * Support monthly commercial reporting (e.g., sales per client, accounts receivable aging, etc.). **OFFERED:** * Fixed salary \+ Performance bonus * Enrollment in SME payroll system * Career growth path * Collaborative, results-oriented environment Salary: S/.1,800\.00 \- S/.2,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have 1 year of experience in industrial hardware spare parts sales, maintenance workshop customer service, or general sales with a commercial focus and customer service orientation? * Please indicate whether your Excel proficiency level is intermediate. * Are you available to work in Surco from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, under the SME payroll system? * Please state your salary expectations.
