Job Summary: Coordinate and track scheduled shipments, handle special requirements, validate shipping documentation, and manage customer complaints for a leading logistics company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and tracking of international shipments. 2. Management of special requirements and shipping documentation. 3. Customer service for internal and external customers, and resolution of complaints. Coordinate scheduled shipments with agent offices and/or shipping lines at origin and destination. Track door-to-door, door-to-airport, and airport-to-airport shipment orders; the latter using a Colouder. Route coordination and order tracking with origin offices via tools established by the client / AGUNSA FREIGHT FORWARDER. Receive, process, and channel special requirements (e.g., inspections, photo documentation, re-packing, etc.). Validate correct issuance of shipping documents (rates, payment terms, Incoterms, customer’s legal name, RUC, address, shipment details, etc.) Record shipments, arrival delays, ETA, ETD, flights, vessels, cancellations, delays, etc. Handle complaints and claims from external and internal customers. Requirements Graduate in International Trade, International Business, or related field. Minimum 2 years’ experience as Commercial Assistant or Customer Service representative. Knowledge of leasing operations, international trade, and customs legislation. Intermediate to Advanced English language proficiency (preferred). Intermediate-level Excel skills.
