What are we looking for? * Technical or university degree in Gastronomy, Culinary Arts, or related field. * Minimum 2 years’ experience as Head Chef or Shift Supervisor. * Knowledge of cost management, inventory control, and waste tracking. * Experience leading kitchen teams. * Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high quality standards. * Focus on organization, cleanliness, and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Main Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate the kitchen team. * Ensure food quality, presentation, and timely dish delivery. * Manage inventory and supplier orders. * Guarantee compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations. * Propose improvements and process optimization in the kitchen.
