We are strategic partners of a major corporate group and seek to strengthen our collections department with a leadership-oriented, analytical, and results-driven profile. **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR** A professional who not only supervises but also optimizes collections management, implements improvements, and ensures achievement of collections department KPIs. **REQUIREMENTS** * Degree in Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience leading collections teams (mandatory). * Experience in portfolio recovery and overdue collections management. * Proficiency in collections management indicators (KPIs) and performance analysis. * Knowledge of effective collections strategies. * Familiarity with legal regulations governing collections is desirable. * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Lead and supervise the collections team. * Ensure monthly achievement of the collections target. * Design and implement strategies to improve collection timing. * Monitor key indicators (contactability, payment dates, effectiveness, overdue collections). * Prepare reports and propose improvements to Management. * Prepare entity-specific spreadsheets and track progress to ensure collections. * Train and motivate the team to maximize results. **KEY COMPETENCIES** * Leadership and team management * Effective communication and negotiation * Results orientation * Analytical ability * Stress tolerance and conflict management * Empathy and ability to motivate teams. **WHAT WE OFFER** * Fixed salary (S/.2,000\) \+ bonuses for goal attainment. * Career progression opportunities * Continuous training * Positive work environment * Job stability **CONDITIONS** * Work modality: 100% on-site * Location: Lince * Working hours: Monday–Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. **/** Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Employment type: Full-time Salary: Up to S/.2,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
