We are a company specializing in personnel transportation services, currently looking for a **Human Resources Assistant** who is eager to learn, grow professionally, and support the consolidation of the HR department. We seek a young male candidate (male), committed and organized, interested in developing expertise in real HR processes within an operational company. **Responsibilities:** * Support in recruitment and selection (CV screening, phone calls). \- **Candidate follow-up and tracking of potential candidates.** * Monitoring payroll slip delivery. * Attendance and incident tracking. * Organization and updating of employee files and personnel database. * Support in onboarding and training processes. * Preparation of recognition awards and incentives for outstanding employees. * General administrative support for HR. **Requirements:** * Final-year student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Availability to work onsite in San Martín de Porres. * Basic-to-intermediate Excel proficiency. * Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively. * Organizational skills and sense of responsibility. * Strong communication skills. **We Offer:** * Stable employment. * Full-time schedule: * Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * Ongoing training. * Practical learning in real HR processes. * Positive work environment.
