Position Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to supervise and control the implementation and execution of HR plans, ensuring a positive work environment and professional development. Present information regarding different AFPs (Private Pension Fund Administrators). 4. Deliver final settlement documents, issue termination records, prepare employment certificates, and CTS letters. 5. Monitor employee attendance, generate corresponding deductions for unjustified absences, and produce monthly calculations of hours worked per employee based on attendance records. 6. Verify that new employees possess valid documentation and meet position-specific requirements. 7. Administer personnel files, payroll records, vacation periods, CTS, AFP, EPS, SUNAT, PDT, among others. 8. Develop, modify, coordinate, and ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, and guidelines concerning employee conduct, duties, and rights. 9. Propose salary policies, incentive programs, and other initiatives that add value for employees, thereby enhancing their motivation and commitment to the company. 10. Coordinate and supervise the management and enforcement of employee rights. Requirements and Skills: - Education: Bachelor’s degree or professional title in Accounting, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration. - Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience.
