We offer a collaborative work environment, continuous learning, and opportunities for professional growth. **Job Objective** Ensure competitive and profitable logistics quotations through proper negotiation of rates with international suppliers, contributing to commercial development and customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare quotations for international maritime and air logistics services. * Negotiate rates with **shipping lines, airlines, freight forwarders, and co\-loaders** at origin and destination. * Analyze cost structures and define profitability margins for each operation. * Maintain updated international rate matrices and logistics route databases. * Support the commercial team in developing client proposals. * Monitor logistics market trends (freight rate fluctuations, surcharges, and commercial terms). * Coordinate with operational teams to ensure quotation feasibility. **Requirements** * Graduate in **International Business, Foreign Trade, or related fields**. * Minimum of **1 year of experience in Pricing roles within international freight forwarding agencies**. * Knowledge of **international logistics operations and Incoterms**. * Experience negotiating with **overseas agents and logistics providers**. * Intermediate or advanced **Excel proficiency**. * Intermediate or advanced **English proficiency**. * Familiarity with **SISPAC or logistics systems (preferred)**. **Employment Conditions** * Work Mode: **On-site** * Location: **Callao** * Working Hours: * Monday to Friday: **8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.** * Saturday: **8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.** * Position Type: **Full-time** * Compensation: **Negotiable** * **Career path and professional development opportunities**. **Work Location:** On-site employment – Callao.
