




Job Summary: A legal professional with experience in real estate management to ensure achievement of objectives and deadlines in infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the legal team in infrastructure projects 2. Design legal strategies for acquiring easement rights 3. Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with property acquisition We are a company specializing in Real Estate Management, Environmental Management, and Archaeological Assessments, ensuring nationwide execution of infrastructure and engineering projects. We possess extensive experience in projects developed across the Energy, Transportation, Communications, and Mining sectors, having delivered optimal results that enabled our clients to achieve their defined goals. **Requirements:** * Law degree with active bar association membership. * Minimum of 2 years’ verifiable experience in real estate management, particularly in infrastructure projects such as transmission lines, electrical substations, power generation plants, or related activities. **Knowledge:** * Application of regulations governing the electricity sector. * Administrative law. * Municipal law. * Criminal law, with capacity to manage matters at notarial and police levels. * Procedure No. 128\-2025\-OS/CD (Supervision of Transmission Line Easement Strips) (Supervision of Safety Deficiencies in Transmission Lines and Easement Zones) **Responsibilities:** * Prioritize implementation of the remediation program for defective spans within easement strips. * Lead and coordinate with a legal team to ensure achievement of objectives and deadlines. * Conduct detailed title studies—both registered and unregistered—of high complexity. * Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with acquisition of property rights, easements, or other rights. * Participate consistently in coordination meetings. * Draft minutes of Assemblies, General Meetings, and other corporate documents. * Draft and respond to high-complexity correspondence. * Design and implement legal strategies for acquiring easement rights over private and state-owned properties. * Supervise and monitor ongoing judicial proceedings related to acquisition of property or easement rights and other related matters.
