




Position Summary: We are seeking a Junior Waiter for banquets, responsible for attending to events, setting up and dismantling event rooms, and transporting food and beverages at a 5-star hotel. Minimum 6 months’ experience in similar positions A 5-star hotel company is looking to hire a JUNIOR WAITER for its Banquets department: * Technical or university studies in Hotel & Restaurant Administration (final cycles). * Incomplete studies in Hospitality & Tourism or related fields. * Minimum 6 months’ experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of customer service, F&B services, dining techniques, and room setup. ***Responsibilities:*** * Provide efficient service to all customers hosting events at the hotel. * Verify that the mise en place for each event complies with the client’s requirements. * Know how to use materials and equipment in the assigned section, as well as techniques for transporting trays, tableware, glassware, and cutlery. * Set up and dismantle event rooms under the direct supervision of the Maître. * Serve F&B for all events and transport food and beverages according to established procedures. * Report customer feedback regarding service quality and food & beverage quality to the Captain or Maître. * Perform other duties assigned by management. * Rotating schedule * Intermittent ***Benefits:*** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Benefits as stipulated by law. * Meal allowance bonus. * Payment of hotel points.
