Administrative support in transportation and logistics **NATIONWIDE LAND FREIGHT TRANSPORT COMPANY \- CHUCAS CARGO S.A.C. is seeking logistics assistants to fill a position for the 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM shift** **Main Responsibilities** * **Coordinate cargo dispatches** according to routes, schedules, and vehicle availability. * **Verify and manage transportation documentation** (waybills, manifests, service orders). * **Track vehicles en route**, reporting incidents, delays, or deviations. * **Record and update information** in logistics systems (departures, arrivals, deliveries). * **Coordinate with customers and warehouses** regarding loading and unloading schedules. * **Report incidents** (accidents, delays, shortages, breakdowns) to the transportation supervisor. * **Support preparation of reports** on trips, deliveries, times, and costs. * **Coordinate with maintenance** to ensure vehicle availability. * **Monitor compliance with internal procedures** and safety regulations. * **Provide administrative support** to the transportation and logistics department. **Requirements:** * Technical diploma or degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or related fields. * Work Experience: Minimum 1 year in similar roles within the transportation sector.
