We are seeking a **Manager of Operational Management.** * Whose **primary function** is to be responsible for *coordinating, supervising and controlling the operational execution of the Agency and Terminals areas*, ensuring compliance with internal standards, port regulations and efficiency objectives, under the strategic direction of the Head of New Business. Applicants must hold a professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Maritime Sciences or related fields, with a **minimum of 4 years’ experience in operational coordination of port/maritime logistics.** In addition to proficiency in English, candidates must possess knowledge of national port regulations (APN, DICAPI), operations management, process control, and digital tools such as Advanced Excel and Power BI.
