We are looking for: **B2B Marketing Manager** To manage marketing activities aimed at increasing brand visibility and driving growth in the B2B traffic signal and traffic controller market. **Requirements**: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or related field * Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technology or infrastructure sectors * Lead generation, marketing automation, and CRM * Strong communication and copywriting skills * Knowledge of digital marketing * Ability to work independently and collaboratively **Skills** * Leadership and team management * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Results-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure **Responsibilities**: * Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies * Manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns * Identify and acquire potential customers in the traffic and transportation sector * Collaborate with the sales team to generate qualified leads * Conduct market and competitive analysis * Create relevant content for various marketing channels (social media, blogs, webinars, etc.) * Measure and report on campaign and strategy performance **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM, **IN-PERSON** Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.2,000.00 \- S/.2,500.00 per month Application Question(s): * This position requires in-person work.
