Main Responsibilities: \- Supervise daily shipments and transportation coordination. \- Issue shipping documents (B2B portals and OpenB). \- Manage assets: crates, pallets, and bins. \- Control fruit quality (size grading, Brix levels, ripeness, appearance). \- Supervise the sorting line and packaging materials. \- Schedule and assign tasks to plant personnel. \- Manage freight and operational documentation. Required Profile: \- Technical or university education (completed or incomplete). \- Experience as a supervisor or department head in a plant, warehouse, or logistics operation. \- Operational capability, orderliness, and control skills.
