Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to consolidate and validate operational performance reports, analyze performance metrics, and support improvements in logistics processes. Key Highlights: 1. Consolidation and validation of operational performance reports and logistics flow reports. 2. Analysis and monitoring of key operational performance indicators. 3. Support in identifying bottlenecks and designing warehouse improvement initiatives. **Requirements:** * Education: Technical or university graduate in Industrial Engineering, International Business, Logistics Management, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum of 6 months in similar roles within warehouses, distribution centers, or operational plants. * Knowledge: Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas); familiarity with WMS or ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is desirable. **Main Responsibilities:** * Consolidate and validate operational performance reports, inbound and outbound flow reports from the Operations Plant across various sites in the LOGISTICS sector. * Update, analyze, and monitor key operational performance indicators such as productivity, inventory accuracy, and dispatch times. * Actively support the identification of bottlenecks and the design and implementation of improvements to warehouse layout and flow. * Coordinate information flow between the operations department and supervision to ensure compliance with service level agreements. **Benefits:** * MYPE employment regime. * Timely payments distributed biweekly and at month-end. * Fixed working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. * On-site work in Ventanilla, Av.
