Position Summary: We are seeking an Operations Manager / Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of fire protection systems projects, ensuring quality, safety, cost control, and schedule adherence. Opportunity for professional growth and development We are looking for an **Operations Manager / Project Manager** to lead the end-to-end execution of fire protection systems projects, ensuring compliance with established quality, safety, cost, and schedule objectives. The position requires proven experience in managing fire protection systems installation projects, leading multidisciplinary teams, and coordinating field and office operations. Academic Qualifications * Mechanical, Electronic, Civil, Sanitary Engineering or related disciplines. * Degree holder and licensed professional. * Minimum 2 years of active professional registration. Experience * Minimum 5 years of experience as Site Project Manager for Fire Protection Systems. * Minimum 5 years of experience as Operations Manager, Project Manager, or similar positions. * Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing installation and commissioning projects for fire protection systems. Technical Knowledge and Skills * Comprehensive project management for fire protection systems. * Planning, scheduling, and construction progress control. * Field execution supervision. * Cost management, productivity monitoring, and valuation. * Schedule control and milestone achievement tracking. * Coordination among engineering, logistics, operations, and clients. * Human resource management and work crew supervision. * Installation of: * Fire-fighting water networks. * Sprinkler systems. * Fire cabinets. * Pump rooms. * Detection and alarm systems. * Reading and interpretation of drawings, technical specifications, and quantity take-offs. * Knowledge of NFPA, RNE, and FM Global standards (desirable). * Conducting hydraulic tests and commissioning. * Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) knowledge. * Preparation of executive reports and construction progress updates. * Management of valuations, change orders, and document control. * Handling of operational KPIs. * Quality control and contractual compliance. Software Proficiency * Advanced AutoCAD. * Intermediate Microsoft Project. * Advanced Excel. * ERP or project management software (desirable).
