**Hazardous Waste Management Company** We are seeking an **Operations Manager** to join a company specializing in the treatment, transportation, and final disposal of **hazardous waste**, in full compliance with current environmental and safety regulations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise daily operations related to the collection, transportation, storage, and treatment of hazardous waste. * Ensure compliance with applicable environmental, health and safety, and transportation regulations. * Manage and lead operational teams, assigning tasks and monitoring their proper execution. * Coordinate logistics, routes, and operational schedules. * Maintain and control operational and environmental documentation (manifests, records, reports). * Supervise the appropriate use of equipment, vehicles, and personal protective equipment. * Report operational KPIs and propose continuous improvement initiatives. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree (e.g., Engineering, Environmental Technician, Occupational Health and Safety, Logistics, or related fields). * Proven experience in operations, preferably in hazardous waste management or related industries. * Knowledge of environmental legislation and safety standards. * Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. * Proficiency in basic computer tools. * Flexible working hours. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience managing audits and interactions with regulatory authorities. * Valid licenses or specialized certifications in hazardous waste handling. **We Offer:** * Opportunity to join a growing company. * Job stability. * Positive work environment.
