Inventory control and compliance with service protocols. **Job Description** ---------------------- Collect and analyze sales data; manage the department to meet objectives; manage inventory according to budget. * Provide support to the direct supervisor as required. * Plan and supervise production target achievement. * Supervise merchandise and production input supply in coordination with the Procurement Department. * Coordinate with the Procurement Department on developing new products or improving existing ones based on market demand. * Supervise the availability of necessary equipment and materials to ensure high-quality service for both internal and external customers. * Inventory control: NSG, shrinkage, overstock liquidation, transfers. * Comply with applicable service routines and protocols for this role under the Tottus "Kindness Service Model". * Ensure that the team under supervision complies with applicable service routines and protocols for their respective roles under the Tottus "Kindness Service Model". **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Currently enrolled in or having completed university or technical education. * Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial roles with team leadership responsibilities. * Prior knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP. * Experience handling purchase orders. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; intermediate-level Microsoft Access knowledge. * Full-time on-site availability, working Monday through Sunday with one rotating day off.
