Responsible for ensuring quality and safe operations. **OBJECTIVE:** Coordinate with various departments on operations, scheduling, and quality activities to achieve the company’s production and raw material processing goals, ensuring compliance with quality requirements and maintaining safe operations at all times. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Industrial Engineer, Chemical Engineer, Biochemical Engineer, Food Engineer, or related field * Prior experience in key positions such as: Manager in similar roles, production departments, or industrial-sector companies. * Intermediate Excel knowledge * Desired experience: 5 years * Extensive knowledge of continuous improvement in industrial-sector companies, strong negotiation skills, and group leadership capability. **JOB FUNCTIONS:** * Solely responsible for executing production processes at the plant. * Monitor maintenance activities to ensure plant availability. * Provide accurate inventory information. * Manage proper use of inputs in the production process. * Install machinery, equipment, and physical facilities. * Support resource management for implementation and maintenance of the management system. * Comply with procedures and records of their process.
