Completed secondary education or higher. 2. Six months to one year of experience in carpentry, painting, manual tasks, etc. 3. Experience working in metal-mechanical companies (not mandatory). 4. Willingness to obtain Police Record Certificate, Criminal Record Certificate, and Judicial Record Certificate (after commencing employment). 5. Documented CV (including work certificates). 6. Availability to work at the intersection of Av. Argentina and Av. Universitaria. 7. The company does not provide meals or transportation. **BENEFITS:** 1. Enrollment in the general payroll system from Day 1, including all statutory benefits. 2. Remuneration: S/. 1250 + Family Allowance + S/. 150 (attendance bonus; justification required for absences). 3. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 5:50 pm. 4. Break: 12:00 pm to 12:45 pm (45 minutes). 5. Contract renewable every three months based on performance. 6. Uniform and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
