




Position Summary: We are seeking a Quality Assistant to oversee product quality, storage, document processes, and support audits in a bakery and pastry company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitor product quality and storage conditions 2. Support audits and maintain up-to-date quality documentation 3. Provide operational support and manage non-conformities Don Paulino, an industrial company specializing in bakery and pastry products, located in the district of Villa el Salvador, is currently looking for: 01 QUALITY ASSISTANT **Responsibilities:** **Control of Manufactured Products:** · Verify the quality and conditions of manufactured products at the plant (temperature, labeling, expiration date, physical condition, transportation conditions). · Record and report deviations or non-conformities identified within the production flow. **Storage Control:** · Supervise that products are stored according to their required temperature ranges and specific conditions (cold chain, dry zones, refrigeration/freezing chambers). · Ensure compliance with FIFO/FEFO (First In – First Out / First Expired – First Out) systems. · Monitor and record temperatures of chambers, refrigeration equipment, and storage areas. **Audits and Inspections:** · Support the execution of internal and external audits (sanitary, GMP, HACCP, etc.). · Prepare reports of findings and track corrective actions. **Documentation and Records:** · Maintain updated quality control, traceability, and cleaning records. · Support the development and updating of procedures, work instructions, and control forms. **Training and Operational Support:** · Provide operational team support on good handling practices, temperature control, and product handling. · Promote compliance with food safety and hygiene standards within the warehouse. **Non-Conformity Management:** · Identify, record, and communicate non-conforming products or processes. · Participate in corrective and preventive actions defined by the Quality Department. **Requirements:** Requirements: Student or graduate in Food Engineering or related field (University/Institute) LEADERSHIP AND ABILITY TO DIRECT THE TEAM UNDER ONE'S RESPONSIBILITY. Basic knowledge of GMP, PHA, HACCP Availability to work in the district of Villa el Salvador. Position Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
