**QUALITY SPECIALIST** * Civil Engineer or Materials Engineer required. * Minimum **forty-eight (48) months** of effective experience required as Specialist, Engineer, Supervisor, Head, Manager, Resident, Responsible Officer, Coordinator, or any combination thereof, in: quality control, quality assurance, or quality monitoring under a quality program or quality protocols; and/or execution and/or responsibility for and/or inspection and/or supervision of construction works in ***THE SPECIALTY AND SUBSPECIALTIES INDICATED IN QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT A*** for key personnel, as ***QUALITY SPECIALIST ENGINEER***, calculated from the date of professional registration. (Experience older than **twenty-five years prior** to the bid submission date shall not be considered.) * ***Experience is required in the following specialty and subspecialties:*** Construction, reconstruction, remodeling, renovation, improvement, extension, and/or rehabilitation of national, departmental, and provincial highways; bridges; viaducts; grade-separated interchanges; tunnels; and related works. ("Related works" shall mean those directly associated with the typologies corresponding to each subspecialty.) * Master’s degree and/or doctorate required. * ***Any of the following certifications—or equivalent certifications issued by such institutions—is required:*** Project Management Institute (PMI), Fédération Internationale des Ingénieurs-Conseils (FIDIC), Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE – NEC), Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE International), Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), Stanford University – VDC Certificate, BuildingSMART International, Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), International Facility Management Association (IFMA), Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Autodesk, American Concrete Institute (ACI), International Association for Contract and Commercial Management (IACCM), IPMA International Project Management Association, in: Building Information Modeling (BIM), Project Management for Results (PM4R), Project Management Professional (PMP), or any other certification related to project management, contract management, or project leadership. **Required Documentation for Key Personnel:** * Updated CV (documented): Attach evidence of experience covering ***forty-eight (48) months*** (e.g., employment certificates, official letters, contracts of compliance, resolutions, etc.).
