Position Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer or Architect with extensive experience in construction execution and supervision, particularly in the health sector. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in construction execution and supervision. 2. Extensive experience in health project management. A) Academic Qualifications: * Civil Engineer or Architect or equivalent. * Minimum of 10 years of professional practice, counted from the date of degree conferral. B) Experience: * Experience in construction execution and/or construction supervision. * At least 60 months of documented experience in no fewer than two (02) similar construction executions/supervisions, such as: Site Resident, Resident Engineer, Chief Resident, Construction Supervisor, Supervision Manager, Execution Manager, Supervisor Manager, Supervising Engineer, Inspection Engineer, or Inspection Manager; of which: * At least one of the experiences submitted to substantiate specific expertise must correspond to similar construction executions/supervisions, in which the candidate participated for a minimum of six (06) months in such construction execution/supervision, in the positions indicated. * At least one of the experiences submitted to substantiate specific expertise must correspond to the supervision and/or execution of a health facility project—public or private—including hospitals, clinics, polyclinics, or equivalents—in which the candidate participated for a minimum of six (06) months in such construction execution/supervision, in the positions indicated.
