Position Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer or Architect with extensive experience in project and construction management and supervision, including health facilities. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership role in construction projects 2. Experience in execution and supervision of construction works 3. Participation in health facility projects A) Academic Qualifications: * Civil Engineer or Architect or equivalent. * Minimum of 10 years of professional practice, counted from the date of degree conferral. * Must provide documentation certifying completion of postgraduate specialization and/or master’s programs (with proof of graduation) in Project Management, Construction Management, or related fields. Additionally, must have completed postgraduate specialization and/or master’s programs in Project Management and/or Project Leadership and Management and/or Project Management and/or Project Engineering and/or Infrastructure Project Management. B) Experience: * Experience in execution/supervision of similar construction works. * Must demonstrate at least 60 months of experience in no fewer than two (02) similar construction work executions/supervisions, serving in roles such as: Site Manager, Supervision Head, Site Head, Project Manager, Construction Manager, Project Director, Supervision Manager, or Operations Manager, of which: * At least one of the experiences submitted to substantiate specific experience must correspond to the execution and/or supervision of similar construction works, wherein the professional held the indicated position for a minimum of six (06) months. * At least one of the experiences submitted to substantiate specific experience must correspond to the execution and/or supervision of a public or private health facility project—such as a hospital, clinic, polyclinic, or equivalent—in which the professional held the indicated position for a minimum of six (06) months.
