Job Summary:
Support warehouse operations by managing inventory, product movements, cleanliness, and compliance with quality and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and control the inflow and outflow of products and raw materials.
2. Ensure warehouse order, cleanliness, and preservation.
3. Apply good storage and handling practices.
\- Support the Warehouse Supervisor in activities necessary for proper storage, custody, preservation, and safe disposition of stored products and supplies.
\- Weigh products and control the inflow and outflow of raw materials, equipment, materials, reusable and new packaging, and finished products.
\- Execute warehouse cleaning programs with support from cleaning staff and maintain clean and orderly warehouses.
\- Inspect stored products daily and report to the Warehouse Supervisor on product condition and packaging integrity.
\- Maintain a physical file of MSDS for stored products and, additionally, a digital file accessible to warehouse, production, and logistics management.
\- Comply with procedures established in the Integrated Management System for storage, inventory, non-conforming products, dispatch, as well as instructions related to warehouse management.
\- Apply good storage and handling practices in daily operations.
\- Organize products to enable rapid and effective counting.
\- Place products in the warehouse according to instructions and NU classification.
\- Identify and relocate products with low or no movement.
\- Keep physical records up-to-date for all warehouse movements and stock levels of stored products.
\- Physically verify and weigh received raw materials accordingly.
\- Deliver the quality certificate, test report, or quality document for raw materials to the laboratory manager.
\- Weigh and deliver raw materials per production orders and supervise material delivery to production.
\- Support periodic physical inventory counts by verifying book stock and ensuring correct placement and proper identification of stored materials and products.
\- Support weighing and dispatch of finished products, as well as preparation of documentation required under the storage procedure.
\- Coordinate with production and laboratory departments as instructed by the Warehouse Supervisor.
\- Verify loading of products onto authorized transport vehicles according to material type (compliance with MTC regulations) and complete corresponding records.
\- Support completion of HISA’s merchandise transport vehicle log.
\- Submit the physical count for Annex 1 products and a detailed stock report to management, logistics, and human resources within five (5) business days after month commencement.
\- Support the Supervisor in preparing reports and documentation for production and logistics departments.
\- Maintain an orderly workstation and lockers. Attend all company-organized talks or trainings assigned to you and comply with all occupational or clinical medical examinations.
\- Care for and control personal protective equipment (PPE); upon completion of use, return each item to the Safety Manager.
\- Be responsible for appropriate use of PPE within the plant.
\- Maintain control over sling entry and exit; any modifications must be reported immediately. This control record shall be submitted to Human Resources, with copies to the Safety Assistant and Production & SIG Coordinator.
\- Obligated to sign for documents delivered by the company. In case of disagreement, a written rebuttal may be submitted within no more than two (2) days of receiving the referenced document.
\- Comply with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 system directives and approaches applicable to the company, as well as established procedures.
\- Responsible for submitting the CITT once personal medical leaves exceed twenty-one (21) days; a maximum of ten (10) days after medical clearance is granted.
