**Job Description** **Job Objective** Effectively deliver merchandise requested by customers, with minimal errors, in good condition, and in the shortest possible time. **Responsibilities:** * Load and/or transfer merchandise onto the delivery unit, ensuring it is transported under the best possible conditions. * Verify that merchandise loaded onto the unit is accompanied by its corresponding delivery note. * Properly handle merchandise within the delivery unit to prevent losses. * Collect returned merchandise and warranty exchanges at customer locations. * Report any incidents occurring during the performance of duties. * Support warehouse organization and cleaning tasks. * Propose improvements contributing to optimizing the company’s distribution process. * Other tasks assigned by management. **Requirements** \- DESIRABLE: Technical Degree in Logistics Administration \- SENATI (NOT EXCLUSIVE) \- Minimum 1 year of experience in distribution or delivery activities (loading and unloading). \- Experience in the hardware sector. \- Availability for dispatches according to delivery zone. \- Valid driver’s license. **Benefits** \- Enrollment under the General Regime. \- Punctuality incentive policies. \- Half-day off on birthday.
