Accurate classification, verification, and accounting of cargo We are a company with over 30 years of experience; our mission is to provide customized professional land transportation solutions, delivering technological innovations, on-time performance, safety, and cost-efficiency through services such as warehousing, customs clearance and documentation, among others. **Role Objectives:** * Guarantee 0% damage during cargo handling. * Ensure accuracy in verifying delivery guides. * Maintain effective communication with the operations team and logistics assistant. * Keep all required documentation current and compliant. * Immediately report any detected failure or anomaly. * Proactively communicate any delay or incident. **Responsibilities:** * Classify cargo by destination prior to loading onto the freight vehicle. * Verify proper packaging of cargo. * Confirm correct stacking of merchandise to prevent breakage or other issues. * Account for merchandise according to the delivery guide. * Measure and weigh merchandise to verify the delivery guide. **Functions:** * Safely load and unload merchandise in vans. * Properly stack products inside the transport unit. * Classify and prepare merchandise according to delivery guides. * Identify delivery issues and report them. * Support other functions assigned or delegated by supervisors. **Skills:** * Responsible * Proactive * Organized * Teamwork * Negotiation **Knowledge: Not mandatory** * Familiarity with carrier delivery guides * Customs clearance **Experience: Not mandatory** * 1 year of experience in retail or mass-consumption goods distribution and delivery. **Others:** * Reside in areas adjacent to the district of La Victoria * Availability to start work immediately * Completed secondary education (not mandatory) * No police or judicial records (Adult Certificate or Certijoven will be requested) **Benefits:** * Formal payroll from day one * Vacation, CTS, and bonuses; benefits under the REmype small-business regime.
