Teamwork and self-management in an organized environment At BALBONI, we are looking for the ideal candidate for the WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR position in the fashion industry, who possesses the following skills: * Ability to work in a team * Autonomous, determined, and responsible * Proactive, ambitious, problem-solving capability * Adaptability * Active listening, self-management * Organized The job requirements are as follows: * Minimum completed secondary education. * Minimum 6 months of experience in the position * Knowledge of and experience handling inventory * Experience in the retail sector What responsibilities will you have in the company? * Receive goods, verifying quantities and condition. * Record product inflows and outflows in the inventory system. * Maintain the warehouse orderly, clean, and properly labeled. * Prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and proper packaging. * Support coordination of dispatches with transportation and courier services. * Conduct periodic physical inventory counts. * Report damaged, missing, or defective items. * Safeguard assigned equipment, supplies, and tools. * Comply with safety regulations and internal procedures.
