Optimizes logistical operation efficiency An operational supervisor role focused on managing and controlling container flow at a temporary storage depot, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, cargo integrity, and logistical operation efficiency. **What do you actually do?** * Supervises **container receipt and dispatch** * Verifies **container documents and data** * Controls **container inventory** * Inspects **safety conditions (BASC)** * Coordinates with **weighbridge, transportation, and customs** * Directs **yard traffic** * Addresses customer inquiries and reports incidents We are looking for someone with: * Knowledge of foreign trade and SUNAT * Experience in yard/warehouse operations * Leadership and decision-making skills * Ability to handle high pressure * Strong communication skills (you interact with everyone: customers, supervisors, operators) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,130.00 - S/.1,400.00 per month Experience: * 8 or more: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
