Job Summary: We are seeking a Certifications and OSHM Engineer to manage compliance with good agricultural practices and supervise occupational safety and health. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage good agricultural practices and export certifications. 2. Supervise the occupational safety and health management system. 3. Design and implement training programs on GAP and OSHM. We are located in **Huaura**, north of Lima, 25 minutes from the Sacred City of Caral; and we are extremely proud to produce and export the highest-quality Peruvian fruit. **Do you want to join our team?** Participate in the selection process and become the **Certifications and OSHM Engineer** at the estate where we cultivate the finest avocados, mandarins, and blueberries. **What are the application requirements?** * University graduate (Bachelor’s degree or professional title) in Agronomy. * In-depth knowledge of Good Agricultural Practices and agricultural export certification standards (ETI, GlobalG.A.P., FSMA, Tesco, GRASP, among others). * Knowledge of current legislation regarding Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment and/or specialization in OSHM (desirable). * Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar positions (mandatory). * Experience in agronomic management of export crops (desirable). * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (desirable). * Familiarity with the Nisira ERP system (desirable). * Residence in areas adjacent to the La Empedrada estate – Northern Lima region or areas near Huaura (mandatory). * Availability to reside at the La Empedrada estate from Monday to Saturday (mandatory). **What will be your mission?** Manage compliance with good agricultural practices, regulations, and standards associated with fruit export, as well as supervise the occupational safety and health management system at the agro-industrial company La Punta. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Promote and ensure compliance with good agricultural practices for fruit export (certifications such as ETI, GlobalG.A.P., FSMA, Tesco, GRASP, among others) and with the occupational safety, health, and environmental management system (e.g., use of PPEs, daily safety talks). * Design and implement training programs on Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment (OSHME), delivered by internal and external facilitators. * Manage documentation and traceability required for certification and recertification processes, according to crop type and destination market. * Monitor validity periods of certificates and their respective renewals, as well as audit and inspection schedules. * Participate in scheduled and unannounced internal and external inspections and audits, managing the recording of observations and/or non-conformities. * Promote a culture of prevention and continuous improvement. * Prepare, execute, and monitor the department’s budget. * Prepare and submit periodic reports to the direct supervisor and/or management. * Comply with all procedures and policies established by the company. * Perform other related duties assigned by your direct supervisor. **Which competencies are we looking for?** * Planning and organizational skills. * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Initiative and problem-solving ability. * Work quality. **What do we offer you?** * Opportunity to join a growing company in the agro-industrial sector. * Formal employment under the agricultural labor regime, with all statutory benefits. * Full coverage of accommodation and meals. * Transportation provided between Huacho and the estate.
