




Job Summary: Cleaning Supervisor with experience in personnel management, operational supervision, and coordination of cleaning services, focused on compliance with regulations and staff training. Manage the proper use of equipment and materials. **CLEANING SUPERVISOR - GENERAL SERVICES** **REQUIREMENTS:** ·Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. ·Minimum 6 years of experience in this position. ·Experience in the cleaning services sector. ·Experience in operational supervision and personnel management. ·Knowledge of process management tools. ·Intermediate-level Office software proficiency. ·Availability to work onsite in La Perla. ·Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:30 pm; Saturdays, 8:00 am – 1:00 pm. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Maintain constant communication and coordination with the General Supervisor, Operational Cleaning Supervisors, and/or operators. Supervise compliance with standards and procedures at each stage of service delivery, as well as adherence to work plans and operational dashboards, including schedules. Conduct training for assigned staff, delivering talks related to cleaning services. Monitor proper maintenance of machinery and equipment, and ensure correct usage of materials and supplies. Verify that supplied materials and supplies arrive conforming to specifications and according to the schedule outlined in the Terms of Reference (TDR). Coordinate operational matters using technological tools. Provide assistance and support to workers when required for strictly personal matters, maintaining confidentiality regarding cases requiring discretion. Engage in discussions with clients as needed, committing to comply with—or ensure compliance with—any applicable directives issued for such cases. Coordinate directly with the Operations Supervisor regarding organizational changes and work plans. Process service acceptance documents and Certificates of Acceptance in accordance with instructions from the Operations Manager. * Monitor appropriate usage and maintenance of machinery and equipment assigned to the service. * Develop work plans corresponding to each contract. Compliance with the Internal Work Regulations, Internal Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Regulations, policies, objectives, procedures, and other documents implemented under the company’s management systems applicable to performed activities.
