Position Summary: Site Coordinator responsible for supervising and overseeing the execution of comprehensive cleaning services, the operations team, and compliance with internal policies. We are **Flashman**, a labor intermediation company with **16 years** of experience in the market, specializing in comprehensive cleaning and environmental maintenance services. As we expand our operational areas, we are currently seeking **one (1) Site Coordinator for Chorrillos**. We want you to join our team. Location: Chorrillos, Lima. REQUIREMENTS: \- Completed secondary education and/or technical higher education (completed or incomplete) \- Knowledge of cleaning services. RESPONSIBILITIES 1\. Report staff attendance and punctuality. 2\. Supervise and ensure that operators wear properly maintained personal protective equipment (PPE). 3\. Supervise and monitor operator conduct, personal hygiene, and proper use of uniforms. 4\. Enforce internal company policies, considering individual responsibility and capability. 5\. Promote order, respect, and camaraderie among operators and supervisors. 6\. Verify proper use of supplies and accessories, as well as correct handling of work equipment. 7\. Supervise and ensure assigned storage areas for supplies, equipment, and accessories are in perfect condition and clean. 8\. Supervise and ensure all designated areas are clean and presentable. 9\. Ensure facility, furniture, and equipment safety, as well as operator welfare and peace of mind. 10\. Supervise and verify that furniture, equipment, telephones, power outlets, fluorescent lights, and other items are in perfect working condition within the facilities. 11\. Schedule shift-based meetings to communicate observations, concerns, and service performance updates to operators. 12\. Supervise and maintain incident logbooks, submitting reports to the relevant departments. 13\. Immediately address Non-Conformities (NCs) in accordance with identified NC procedures and notify direct supervisor. 14\. Report work-related incidents and accidents, as well as substandard acts and conditions observed, to direct supervisor. 15\. Participate in hazard identification and risk assessment for own activities and those of personnel under supervision. 16\. Encourage staff participation in occupational safety and health matters. 17\. Prepare monthly site material requisitions by the 20th of each month. 18\. Provide on-the-job training reinforcement for new staff. 19\. Review and enforce all requirements stipulated in safety and operations manuals. 20\. Maintain continuous coordination with the Regional Supervisor regarding work progress. 21\. Halt operations immediately upon observing any violation of occupational safety and health conditions. 22\. Implement temporary adjustments to work routines according to operational service needs. 23\. Comply with established quality management and anti-bribery systems. 24\. Participate in SGAS (Occupational Safety and Health Management System) design, coordination, induction, and training activities. 25\.
