**Costs and Budgets Coordinator – San Isidro** **REQUIREMENTS:** ● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Economics, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. ● Minimum 3 years of experience in this position or similar roles. ● Course or diploma in Budgeting (Desirable) ● Course or diploma in Financial Analysis (Desirable) ● Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office ● Intermediate-level proficiency in Power BI ● Cost management expertise ● Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am to 7:00 pm – Friday, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. ● Availability to work on-site in San Isidro. **FUNCTIONS:** ● Collect, organize, and validate budgetary information submitted by various departments, and design, propose, and continuously improve budget formats and tools to consolidate reliable, comparable data aligned with Finance and company requirements. ● Analyze, monitor, and track investment budgets and projects approved by the company, verifying proper structuring, execution, and deviations from the authorized budget, and promptly reporting findings to management. ● Analyze actual vs. budgeted income, costs, and expenses, identifying variances, root causes, and trends, and proposing corrective actions for management review and evaluation. ● Verify correct budget allocation and execution per cost center, business unit, project, and/or operational line, ensuring consistency among budget, execution, and accounting records. ● Analyze cost variations, operational efficiencies, and optimization opportunities, preparing supporting reports for management and leadership decision-making. ● Prepare break-even and sensitivity analyses for various business units and projects to assess risks associated with cost, volume, and price fluctuations. ● Participate in meetings convened by Finance and other departments, providing technical support and analysis for defining budget adjustments and other financial control-related topics. ● Coordinate with the Accounting department to ensure proper classification and recording of expenses (OPEX vs. CAPEX), maintaining consistency between accounting and budgetary information. ● Prepare monthly management reports requested by immediate supervisors and senior management. ● Perform any other duties or assignments delegated by the Area Manager and/or immediate supervisor inherent to the position, and comply daily and responsibly with internal and external Work Regulations, Directives, Resolutions, Procedures, and Regulations; Internal Control Standards; Corporate Good Governance Code; Quality Management System; Occupational Health and Safety (OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY LAW, ITS REGULATIONS, RISST, AND NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE); Environment; and Social Responsibility. **BENEFITS:** ● Market-competitive remuneration. ● Formal employment under the General Regime. ● Statutory Life Insurance coverage effective from the first day of employment. ● Subsidized EPS (Health Insurance), with minimal employee contribution depending on selected plan. ● Opportunities for professional growth and development. ● Join an expanding company operating in a sector critical to the global economy, with a business model that positively impacts thousands of people’s lives. ● Food card provided.
