Opportunity for professional growth and career path **Responsibilities:** * Perform scheduled monthly maintenance on elevators of various brands, verifying proper operation to guarantee equipment functionality and customer satisfaction. * Diagnose faults in mechanical, electrical and electronic systems, accurately identifying problems in assigned equipment. * Carry out technical field repairs—both mechanical and electronic—according to the diagnosis performed. * Identify components or spare parts requiring replacement and promptly report them to the operations department. * Maintain a clean and orderly work area, complying with established safety and quality standards. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor, always related to the position and responsibilities. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in elevator maintenance, breakdowns and repair. * Completed technical studies in Electricity, Electronics, Mechatronics, etc. * Knowledge of diagnosing and resolving faults in MULTI-BRAND elevators. * Proficiency in using tools and reading electrical schematics. * Familiarity with control panels for Otis, Schindler, and MULTI-BRAND elevators. * Committed individual with intention of long-term stability and permanence in the position. * Mobility (desirable) **Benefits:** * Direct payroll enrollment from the first day of employment. * Market-competitive remuneration. * Statutory benefits at 50% (CTS, bonus, vacation, EsSalud, Life Insurance Law, and SCTR). * Renewable contract (based on performance). * Career path * Growth opportunity. **Schedule:** * MONDAY TO FRIDAY: 8:00 am – 5:30 pm * SATURDAY: 8:00 am – 1:30 pm **Work Location:** Field-based work, with travel to various locations in Lima—including Miraflores, San Isidro, Surco, among others—as scheduled.
